Blockdown Productions owner/operator Block is a force to be reckoned with both regionally and nationally. As chief engineer for 3D recording studio he racked up megahours of in studio experience with industry heavyweights such as The Ying Yang Twins, Mike Jones, Young Jeezy, Shady/Aftamath rec artist Stat Quo, Paul Wall, and has parlayed that into production credits with G-unit recording artist Tony Yayo, and former Cash Money rec artist B.G. Aside from engineering and production work, Block is also is a seasoned veteran of the live music scene , touring as a guitar player for such national acts as Aretha Franklin, and Black Arc/Rykodisk rec artist Slavemaster (hardcore metal) and underground Cleveland punk group Pleasure Void in addition to guitar and bass performances on serveral local and national commercials. With versitility encompassing jazz/gospel/r&b/metal/hiphop and rock, a forward thinking sense of musical nature and the awesome machines of World Class Recording rooms, Block merits serious consideration as the engineer/producer/guitarist for your next project if world class results are your ultimate goal....
